摘要 双晶直探头因有着盲区小,灵敏度高,近场区小,有效检测范围可控等优点,成为直接接触法探伤小规格连轧棒材的主要探伤探头,也是易磨损。通过对双晶直探头结构改进,克服攀长钢公司连轧分厂生产的圆轧材规格多,表面粗糙导致探伤头严重磨损造成的探伤结果不稳定,探伤质量有波动等缺点。有效提高了探伤数据稳定性,确保了实物检测质量. The advantages of double crystal straight probe include small blind zone, small near field, high sensitivity and controllable effective detection range, so it is regarded as the preferred probe during direct contact inspection of small size workpieces. Through the improvement of double crystal straight probe, those difficulties such as various specifications of rolled round steels produced in continuous rolling plant, and unstable inspection results due to rough surfaced and wearable probe were overcame, therefore the accuracy of testing results was increased and testing quality of products was guaranteed.
