Determination on Aluminum in Exothermic Agent by EDTA Volumetric Method with Na OH Leaching

通过研究氢氧化钠溶液与金属铝粉、硅铁粉、硅钙粉、电炉渣、镁铝砖、高铝砖粉、粘土、铁矿粉、铝矾土粉等的反应情况,研究了一种用Na OH浸取EDTA容量法测定发热剂中金属铝含量的分析方法,分析范围Al>1.0%,分析误差小于1%。

Through studying on the chemical reactions between NaOH solution and Aluminum powder, ferro silicon powder, CaSi powder, electroslag, magnesia alumina brick, high alumina brick powder, clay, iron ore powder and bauxite powder, a EDTA volumetric method with NaOH leaching for determining aluminum content in exothermic agent was proposed in this paper. Aluminum measurement range should be not less than 1.0%, and the analytical error should be less than 1%.
