In recent years, along with the intensified market competition, the traditional manufacturing enterprises have paid more and more attention to the development and management of intellectual property during the enterprises transformation. Emphasis on intellectual property management from the perspective of enterprises＇ business strategy is essentially for further enhancing the enterprises competitiveness and maintaining their leading position in the process of enterprises transformation. The intellectual property management of traditional manufacturing industry was discussed in view of the importance of intellectual property in this paper.
