摘要
劳务派遣是人力资源管理的重要部分,近年来,劳务派遣已成为企业用工形式的重要组成部分,但作为一种新的用工形式在实践中还存在着许多的问题。本文从劳务派遣的含义及特征,对劳务派遣中的用工单位、派遣单位、劳动者三者之间的关系进行研究,深入的分析劳务派遣存在的主要风险,并针对存在的问题提出相关对策。
Labor Dispatching is an important part of human resource management. In recent years, labor dispatching has become an important part of employment form of enterprises, but it also has many shortages as a new form of employing labor. This paper studies the relationship among employing unit, the dispatching units and employee in labor dispatching according to the meaning and characteristic of labor dispatching, and analyzes the main risks of labor dispatching and put forwards relevant countermeasures for the existing problems.
