摘要
本文对摩根高速线材减定径机的自由规格生产做了探讨,对高精度自由规格的生产提出了轧制方案,提出了一种通过调整前三架辊缝、更改成品机架孔型达到高精度自由规格生产的方案,可将小规格自由规格线材精度提高到±0.1 mm。
The free specification production of Morgan high speed wire sizing and reducing machine is discussed in this pape. The rolling scheme for high accuracy production of free specification is proposed,. By adjusting the first three frame roll gap,and changing the finished frame pass,the small size precision free wire specifications can improve to ± 0. 1mm
