Analysis on Side Guide Clamping Force of The Coiler

对济钢热连轧厂卷取机入口侧导板的控制方式进行了介绍,提出侧导板的夹紧力偏大,并对夹紧力偏大的原因进行了分析,指出了夹紧力偏大的危害,提出了部分改进措施。

This paper introduces the control mode of the slide guide at the entrance of the coiler in hotroller mill in JISteel,,proposes the problem of undue clamping force of the slide guide and analyzed the reason for it,the detriment to the operation,finally proposes some countermeasures.
