摘要
目前钢铁企业自动化应用程度越来越高,随着自动化的应用,系统的稳定性和可靠性成了大家比较关注的焦点。新项目上线,设备选型上采用一些性能可靠的产品,将传统硬线连接改变成网络控制,既降低项目成本又便于设备集中管理和日常的点检维护。依据我们对选矿厂控制系统维护几十年的经验,现场设备控制尤其是变频器对泵类、风机类及传动设备的控制,控制方式一般采用机旁控制和远程控制两种,使用AB_Control Logix5000控制系统的ControlNet、DeviceNet和EtherNet三种网络及硬线直连方式控制。本文就三种网络及硬线直连控制变频器的方法及实际生产中的应用进行了讨论。
The current automation application degree of iron and steel enterprise is higher and higher,with the application of automation,the system' s stability and reliability have become the focus of more attention. New project on-line,using some reliable products on the selecting type of the equipment,the traditional hard wired changed into network control,both to reduce the project cost and easy to manage equipment intensively and daily inspection and maintenance. According to our decades of maintenance experience in mill control system,field device control especially inverter control for pump,fan and transmission equipment,control method commonly use the machine control and remote control,using Control Net,Device Net and Ether Net of AB_Control Logix5000 control system three kinds and hard line direct way. This paper discusses three methods of network and hard line direct control of frequency converter and the actual production application.
