摘要
从提升白银有色股份有限公司企业管理水平的角度入手,系统阐述了有色企业开展价值链流程再造的原理及实施步骤,对企业管理创新变革,实现企业管理价值最大化提供了切实可行的思路。
In this paper,from the perspective of enterprise management promotion in Baiyin Nonferrous Metal Group Ltd,the principle and implementation steps of the value chain process reengineering of nonferrous enterprises is systematically expounded,to provides a feasible way to realize the value maximization of enterprise management for the reform of enterprise management innovation.
