摘要
对氯酸盐分解槽进行如下改造:加大分解槽内挡板面积,减小溶液过流面积,延长反应时间。改造后,氯酸盐分解率由20%提高至40%,且减少高纯酸和碱消耗。
A chlorate decomposer was remodelled to make the internal baffle larger to reduce the flowing area of solution and prolong reaction time. The remodelling increaed chlorate decomposition rate from 20% to 40% , and reduced consumption of high-purity hydrochoric acid and caustic soda.
