摘要
水钢100吨转炉生产过程中,存在低硅铁水化渣不良易返干、粘枪粘烟道及影响拉碳等情况,水钢炼钢厂摸索将转炉氧抢4孔水冷喷头改为5孔,并适当改变喷头喉口等参数,减少了返干、提高拉碳率降低三次倒炉次数。
As slag melting badly, slag getting dry, gun gluing chimney flue gluing and bad carbon catching arose from low-silicon hot metal, our plant changed water-cooling nozzle of oxygen lance with 5 holes instead of 4 holes and befittingly adjusted nozzle throat diameters so that out plant abated slag getting dry, improved car- bon catching rate and decreased frequencyofthrice turning down converter.
