摘要
根据水钢一高线、二高线生产ER70S-6盘条时的实际情况和出现的问题，有针对性地对生产工艺进行分析并加以优化、调整，同时对在二高线生产该钢种时设备方面存在的问题进行了改进，保证了二高线生产的该类产品能达到标准和用户使用要求。
According to practical condition and existed problems about production of ER70S-6 coil rod in No.1 and No.2 high speed rolling lines in Shuigang, we analyzed and optimized and modulated the production process and solved equipment problems for production of ER70S-6 coil rod so that we made the coil rod meet requirements of the standard and users.
