Practice of Segmental Desulphurization of Flue Gas Out from No.6 and No.7 Sintering Machines

目前，炼铁厂6^#、7^#烧结机脱硫系统不能处理烧结机正常生产产生的烟气量。在烧结机满负荷生产的情况下，为了保证总烟囱出口SO2达标排放，对烧结机烟气进行分段脱硫处理，生产实践证明是可行的。

At present, the desulphurization system of No. 6 and No.7 sintering machines in our iron- making plant can＇t treat full amount of flue gas from full preduetion of sintering machines. In the case of full preduetion of sintering machines, in order to make SO2 content at the outlet of main chimney meet the emission standard, the flue gas is partly desulfurized according to SO2 content in flue gas, which is demonstrated to be feasible in production practice.
