摘要
我厂汽机车间有三个空压站,受用户用风位置的影响,安装布局较为分散,彼此相距1000余米,共有17台高低压空压机,分别向炼铁、炼钢、轧钢等用户送风,因受高炉、炼钢、轧钢的生产影响,有的空压站备机较多,开工不足,而有的因用风量增加,且空压机故障率高保产困难,如何整合现有资源,用较少投入,确保各生产用户不受影响,就需要对现有空压机进行改造并整合乏让斋涌曲徭越小止产不蚌曲幸董临柞出姆力.
There are 3 air compression stations at Air Compression Workshop of my plant. Depending on sites in which compressed air is used, the installation and layout of air compressors are dispersed, the compressors are 1000 meters far away from each other. There are 17 high- and low-pressure air compressors to supply compressed air to ironmaking, steelmaking and rolling steel. Because of pro- duction influence in ironmaking, steelmaking and rolling steel plants, some of air compression stations have too many spare air compressors and are under production, but the other stations, due to increase of compressed air consumption and high fault rate of compressors, can't provide enough compressed air for users to ensure their production. As for how to integrate existing resources and guarantee pro- ductive users free from adverse impact with less input, it is needed to improve present air compressors and integrate resources in three stations so as to contribute to stable and smooth production system.
