摘要
传统的螺纹加工工艺已不能满足现代化的高精度、大规模的生产需要。随着数控加工技术的发展,尤其是三轴联动数控加工系统的出现,使更先进的螺纹加工方式数控铣削得以实现。通过工艺分析和试验验证,内螺纹铣削加工工艺成功地应用在CRH2动车组转向架牵引拉杆M36螺纹的加工上,并获得良好的效果。
The traditional thread machining technology cannot meet the needs of modernized high precision production on a large scale. With the development of NC milling, especially the emergence of the 3-axis NC milling system, it can realize a more advanced NC milling in thread machining. Through process study and experimental verification, the internal thread milling technology has been successfully applied in M36 thread machining for traction rods in CRH2 EMU bogie, with sound effect achieved.
