摘要
为分析某多管火箭炮高低锁杆的支撑效应,以多体动力学和柔性动力学理论为基础,建立刚柔耦合动力学模型,采用ANSYS和ADAMS软件,通过ANSYS软件柔性化锁杆内部零件,对高低锁杆进行简化,导入ADAMS软件,分别对有、无高低锁杆的多管火箭炮进行40发齐射发射动力学仿真分析。结果表明增加高低锁杆后,高低锁杆与液压高低机配合,可以将起落部分可靠地锁定在要求的射角上。
In order to analyze supporting effect of the elevating lock rod of a certain multiple rocket launcher, the rigid-flexible coupling dynamics model was established based on multi- body dynamics and flexible dynamics theories. The flexible internal parts of lock rod were con- structed by ANSYS software and the elevating lock rod was simplified. The launching dyna- mics properties of multiple rocket launcher with/without elevating lock rod were simulated and analyzed in the condition of salvo of 40 rockets by ADAMS software. The results show that the elevating lock rod can enable the elevating parts to be locked at the firing angle required with the help of hydraulic elevating mechanism.
