Chemical Constituents of Paulownia tomentosa Fruits

目的:对毛泡桐果实中的化学成分进行研究。方法:应用多种色谱技术进行分离纯化,通过理化性质和波谱数据解析确定化合物的结构。结果:从毛泡桐果实中分离得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为:乌苏酸(1)、芝麻素(2)、2α,3α,19α-三羟基-12-烯-28-乌苏酸(3)、木犀草素(4)、小麦黄素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(5)、3',4',5,7-四羟基-6-[7-羟基-3,7-二甲基-2(E)-辛烯]二氢黄酮(6)、豆甾醇(7)。结论:其中,化合物3、5、7为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物2为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Objective： To investigate the chemical constituents from the fruits of Paulownia tomentosa. Methods： The compounds were isolated and purified by column chromatography and their structures were identified on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectral analyses. Results： Seven compounds were isolated and their structures were identified as ursolic acid（ 1）,sesamin（ 2）,2α,3α,19α-trihydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid（ 3）,luteolin（ 4）,tricin-7-O-β-D-glucoside（ 5）,3＇,4＇,5,7-tetrahydroxy-6-[7-hydroxy-3,7-dimethyl-2（ E）-octenyl]flavanone（ 6） and stigmasterol（ 7）. Conclusion： Compounds 3,5 and 7 are isolated from Paulownia genus for the first time. Compound 2 is isolated from Paulownia tomentosa for the first time.
