红土镍矿烧结烟气脱硫技术特点与应用

摘要 详细介绍了红土镍矿烧结中会产生烟气,采用石灰-石膏法脱硫工艺设备技术特点,投运后达到了设计要求,SO2排放浓度低于100 mg/m3。同时,结合运行情况指出了系统存在的缺陷和解决途径,并对脱硫系统的运行消耗做了经济分析,对石灰-石膏脱硫法如何降低运行成本进行了探讨。 The research describes in detail the flue gas lime gypsum desulfurization technical and equipment features in laterite nickel sintering, the design requirement has achieved after operation, the concentration of sulfur dioxide emissions is less than 100 mg/m3.Combing with the operation situation, it points out the flaw which exists in the application and finds out a solution way. And on the desulfurization system operation consumption, it makes a economic analysis, puts forward views how to reduce the operation cost in lime gypsum desulfurization method.
