摘要
为解决电极下滑原因,通过对矿热炉电极各阶段的受力分析,并经实例验证,指出由于一些压放系统的受力分析不全面、不准确,导致设计的下滑力小于实际的下滑力,出现电极下滑现象。
To resolve electrode sliding, it makes stressed analyses on electrode at different stages in submerged-arc furnace. After example verification, it points out that stress analyses of some slipping system is incomplete and inaccurate, which leads to design sliding force less than actual value, causes electrode sliding.
