摘要
为了满足钢厂对生产高强度、耐热、耐腐蚀的高氮钢合金原料的要求,研制了高氮特种合金。采用真空氮化合成技术,将温度控制在800~1100℃,在1.5 MVA真空电阻炉中进行生产,得到Cr 55%~60%、C 0.1%~0.2%、N 3%~5%的致密性优良的氮化铬铁。同时探索出了合理可行的工艺规程及参数。
In order to meet the demands of steel-making plant to produce special ferroalloys nitrided ferrochrome, this paper mainly researched the nitration synthesis technology. It produces nitrided ferrochome in 1.5 MVA vacuum furnace which the furnace temperature is controlled at 800~1 100 ℃. Through this technology, it can obtained high quality com-pact nitrided ferrochrome which the main element mass fraction is Cr 55%~60%,C 0.1%~0.2%,N 3%~5%. In the same time, this paper studied out the reasonable and feasible technological process and technological parameters.
