摘要
根据扭转破坏原理,利用扭转破坏实验对低碳钢标准试件的力学性能进行了研究,讨论了低碳钢扭转破坏的实质,并计算出扭转试件的抗剪强度。结果表明,随着扭矩的增大,断裂面偏离试件长度中心位置越远。提出对受扭试件设定中间临界面的分析模式,探讨端头约束对试件扭转的影响机制。
According to the principle of torsion failure,we study the mechanical properties through torsion failure experiments of low carbon steel standard specimen,and discuss the substance of torsion failure of low carbon steel,and calculate the shear strength of the specimen. The result shows that the fracture surface deviates from the length central position with the increasing torque of the specimen. The analysis mode of middle critical plane was proposed for torsion specimens and the effects of the end constraints on the torsion were discussed in the present paper.
