摘要 按照在脂肪酸中引入适宜极性基团及改变碳链长度等原则配制多种药剂进行开路试验,筛选出指标最好的1#药剂进行开、闭路对比浮选试验。闭路试验结果表明,在温度28℃以下使用低温LKY捕收剂,在精矿品位达68%以上时,其精矿品位高0.13%,尾矿品位低0.56%,指标略有优势,综合年效益2273.31万元。 In order to reduce the operating temperature of LKY collecting agent, several reagents are prepared in accordance with principles of introducing polar group into fatty acid and changing the length of carbon chain. 1 # reagent with the best indicators is selected to respectively conduct open-circuit and close-circuit flotation tests. When low-temperature LKY colleting agent is used below the temperature of 28℃ and concentrate grade is above 68%,the close-circuit test shows slight superior indicators with concentrate grade higher 0.13% and tailings grade lower 0.56% than those in open-circuit test and promises comprehensive annual return of 22.7331 RMB.
