改进WK-20电铲行走制动器系统风路的可行性研究

摘要 冬季WK-20型电铲电气系统经常在制动器已打开的情况下报其打不开故障,这是由于通往压力继电器的气路管冻结堵塞,系统检测不到压力继电器的反馈信号,导致系统误报此故障。针对该问题对该电铲原有的行走制动器系统风路进行改进,以降低其故障率提升开动率。 Congealment and blockage in air pipe to pressure relay in winter may cause the system to fail to receive feedback signals from pressure relay and WK-20 Electric Shovel system to give a false alarm even when its brake is switched on. To address this problem,wind path of travel brake of the electrical shovel is revamped to reduce its failure rate and improve its operating rate.
