摘要
目的识别某氧化铝建设项目工作场所产生的职业病危害因素,分析其危害程度及对劳动者健康的影响,评价其职业病危害防护措施及其运行效果,提出职业病危害的关键控制点和防护的特殊要求。方法采用职业卫生现场调查、职业卫生检测、职业健康检查等方法收集数据和资料,并结合职业病防护设施、个人职业病防护水平和定量分级结果,采用检查表分析法进行评价。结果对该项目工作场所存在的8项化学有害因素和2项粉尘进行了检测,共检测165个点,合格率为100%;29个产生稳态噪声的工作场所进行了噪声强度的测量,并计算工种的8 h等效声级,结果 2个工种的8 h等效声级超过85 d B(A),合格率93%。结论该项目风险分类为职业病危害严重的建设项目,应加强工作场所职业病防护设施的维护和检修、职业健康监护、职业卫生管理,提高劳动者的自我防护意识。
Objective To identify the occupational risk factors existed in the alumina construction project, analyze the harm degree and the impact on the workers' health, evaluate the occupational protective measures and running effect, put forward the special requirements of the key control points of occupational disease hazards and protection. Methods Data and mate- rials were collected from the occupational health field investigation and the occupational health inspection and the occupa- tional health examination, and the project was evaluated with checklist analysis method, combined with the occupational - disease - prevention facilities and personal occupational - disease - prevention levels and quantitative classification. Results A total of 165 points were detected including eight chemical harmful factors and two dusts in the alumina plant, qualified rate was 100% ; the steady noise intensity was measured in the 29 workplaces and calculated the type of work of equivalent sound level 8 h, LAeq.Sh of two types of work exceeded 85 dB ( A), qualified rate was 93%. Conclusion The risk classifi- cation for the project is serious. It' s suggested to strengthen the occupational disease prevention facilities maintenance and repair work, strengthen the workers' occupational health and occupational health management, improve the staff's occupa- tional health training and self protection
