摘要
目的对某镍镉电池生产企业镉粉尘除尘系统进行设计,探讨镍镉电池生产企业镉粉尘除尘系统设计的重点环节。方法分析镍镉生产工艺流程,探究生产过程中的产尘点,确定排风罩形式,计算排风量、选择管道系统方案、计算管道阻力等,最后选择除尘器、选择风机。结果除尘系统安装调试后,对32个产尘点的检测结果显示镉粉尘浓度符合国家接触限值要求,CSTEL为〈0.005~0.008mg/m^3,CTWA为0.006〈0.015mg,/m^3。结论该镉粉尘除尘系统可有效降低镍镉电池生产企业镉粉尘浓度。
Objective To innovatively design the cadmium dust removal system in the Ni - Cd battery production enterpri- ses, and explore the key links for the design of this set of cadmium dust removal system. Methods The Ni - Cd production process was analyzed and the dust source was identified in the production process, then the specific exhaust hood form was determined and exhaust air rate was calculated, pipeline design, pipeline resistance calculation, and finally the dust collec- tor and fan were chosen. Results After installation and debugging of the dust removal system , the related test parameters were in accordance with the expected design, and the cadmium dust concentration test results of thirty - two dust sources were in line with the requirements of national exposure limits The value of CSTEL was between 〈 0. 005 mg/m^3 and 0. 008 mg/m^3 , the value of CrWA was between 0. 006 mg/m^3 and 0. 015 mg/m^3. Conclusion The cadmium dust removal system could effectively control the cadmium dust concentration.
