某铅冶炼项目职业病危害因素控制效果评价

Control effect of occupational hazards in the lead smelting project

目的识别、评价某铅冶炼项目可能产生的职业病危害因素,提出相应防护对策和管理措施,保障劳动者身体健康。方法采用职业卫生学调查、检查表、现场检测、职业健康检查等方法对该项目职业病危害因素进行识别、检测、评价。结果该项目铅尘、噪声等部分岗位超标,合格率分别为81.82%和90.91%;粉尘、硫酸等岗位浓度均未超标。结论该项目产生的职业病危害因素是可控的,防护措施有效可行。

Objective To put forward the corresponding preventive measures and management and ensure the health of the workers by identifying, assessing of occupational hazard factors of the lead smelting project. Methods The methods of oc- cupational hygiene investigation, check list, field testing, and occupational health examination were adopted to detect and evaluate the occupational risk factors. Results The parts of posts exposed to lead dust and noise didn ＇ t accord with the re- quirement of national standards, the qualified rates of them were 81.82% and 90. 91%. The concentrations of dust and sulfuric acid reached to the national allowable limits. Conclusion The occupational - disease - inductive factors in the pro- ject can be controlled. The protective measures are effective and feasible.
