骨质疏松性骨折患者生活质量和知识需求分析

Quality of life and the demands of related health knowledge of patients with osteoporotic fracture

目的了解骨质疏松性骨折患者出院后的生活现状和对相关健康知识的需求,指导制定相关的干预措施。方法采用回顾性调查方法,随访调查我院骨科2011年1月-2013年12月因骨质疏松性骨折的住院患者(均经过骨密度仪监测诊断为原发骨质疏松症),了解骨折部位功能恢复情况、心理、饮食和生活习惯、运动、服药、安全措施、合并内科疾病等,收集资料并分析。结果原发性骨质疏松性骨折患者的生活质量明显低于正常人群,对健康相关知识的需求很大,特别在功能锻炼、再次骨折预防等方面。结论本地骨质疏松性骨折患者生活质量较低,对预防措施、功能锻炼等相关知识的需求较迫切,护理人员需有针对性地进行更全面的健康教育和延续护理,在改善生理功能的同时,注重患者心理护理,有利于提高骨质疏松性骨折患者生活质量。

Objective To investigate the quality of life and the demands of related health knowledge of patients with osteo- porotic fracture that had been discharged, and guide the development of related interventions. Methods The retrospective study was applied to investigate osteoporosis fracture patients which had been diagnosed as primary osteoporosis by bone density instrument and discharged from department of orthopedics of the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical College were followed up from January 2011 to December 2013 . The related data including functional recovery of fracture, psycho- logical, diet and living habits, exercise, medication, safety measure and combined diseases was collected and ana- lyzed. Results The life quality of patients with osteoporotic fracture was significantly lower than normal population. The patients had a great demand for related health knowledge, especially in the functional exercise, the prevention of refracture, diet guidance, etc. Conclusion The life quality of local patients with osteoporotic fracture is lower, and the patients have more demand for the preventive measures of refracture, functional exercise of fracture site. For patients with osteoporotic fracture, more comprehensive health education and continuous nursing are necessary. Just like the physiological function, psychological nursing is also important to improve the life quality of patients with osteoporotic fracture.
