摘要
采用"亚利桑那州立大学观察工具(ASUOI)修改版"作为教师教学行为系统观察的研究工具,对某高校8名体育教师教学录像进行行为观察,分类统计其教学行为数据,并结合对被观察教师的访谈结果,分析教师教学行为所表现出的内在教学理念。结果发现,教师教学行为主要集中在教学指导、传授与督促练习等两个方面,却很少关注情感交流、引发思考等教育环节。据此,认为体育教师在教学理念上存在教学目标单一、较少关注学生的心理和社会适应能力、忽视学生的主体作用等问题。
Adopting ASUOI as the research tool for the systematic observation of teacher's teaching behavior, the paper conducts video observation of 8 P. E teachers of a certain university, makes statistical analysis of teaching behaviors and analyses the teaching concepts embodied in teaching behaviors on the basis of interview of the teachers. The teaching behavior focuses on teaching guidance and supervising practice while ignoring the emotional exchange and thinking encouragement. The paper points out that the teaching goal of P. E. teachers' teaching concept is monotonous and P. E. teachers care little about the psychological and social adaptability and ignores the subject function of students.
