多层螺旋CT灌注成像技术在胃肠道间质瘤诊断中的应用分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的探究运用多层螺旋CT灌注成像对于胃肠道间质瘤的临床诊断情况。方法选择2009年1月-2014年12月收治的胃肠道间质瘤患者60例,其中低度恶性胃间质瘤30例作为A组,高度恶性胃间质瘤30例作为B组。对所有患者给予多层螺旋CT灌注成像技术扫描诊断。观察两组血流量(BF)、血容量(BV)、平均通过时间(MTT)以及表面通透性(PS)。结果 A组PS(10.4±2.3)m L/(100 g·min),BF(80.5±24.3)m L/(100 g·min);B组患者的PS为(17.5±4.2)m L/(100 g·min),BF为(108.6±32.7)m L/(100 g·min),两组差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);而两组间的BV和MTT差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论采用多层螺旋CT灌注成像可有效反映胃肠道间质瘤的微循环情况,对于PS和BF的观察利于分析胃癌患者在进展期的组织分化程度。 Objective To explore the application of multislice CT perfusion imaging for gastrointestinal stromal tumors of the clinical diagnosis. Methods 58 cases of tumor patients in our hospital from 2009 January to 2014 December were gastrointestinal,including low malignant gastric stromal tumors in 36 cases as A group,highly malignant gastric stromal tumors in 22 cases as B group. All patients received multi-slice spiral CT perfusion imaging diagnosis. Observe two groups of blood flow(BF),blood volume(BV),mean transit time(MTT)and permeability surface(PS). Results Group B patients with PS(17.5 ± 4.2) mL/(100 g·min),BF was(108.6 ± 32.7)mL/(100 g·min),significantly higher than the PS group A(10.4 ± 2.3)mL/(100 g·min),BF of(80.5 ± 24.3)mL/(100 g·min),the difference was significant(P〈0.05);while there was no significant difference between the two groups BV and MTT(P〉0.05). Conclusion Using multi-slice spiral CT perfusion imaging can effectively reflect the gastrointestinal stromal tumor microcirculation,for PS and BF observation facilitate analysis of the degree of differentiation of gastric cancer patients in advanced stages.
