不同肠道准备方法对腹腔镜结直肠癌手术效果的影响

Effects of different methods of bowel preparation effect of laparoscopic operation for rectal cancer node

目的探析腹腔镜结直肠癌手术采用不同肠道准备方法的临床影响。方法入选符合腹腔镜结直肠癌手术的患者108例,按照肠道准备方法的不同分为观察组和对照组,每组54例;观察组患者给予口服复方聚乙二醇电解质散,对照组患者给予口服甘露醇;观察两组患者的肠管直径及肠道的清洁情况。结果两组患者肠道准备后,均符合手术标准,但观察组患者的各段肠管直径情况显著优于对照组,结果差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用复方聚乙二醇电解质作为腹腔镜结直肠癌术的术前肠道准备方法,有效减少患者肠内积气,降低了临床并发症的发生率,保证了手术的顺利进行。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic colorectal cancer operation by different bowel preparation. Methods 108 patients in our hospital in line with laparoscopic colorectal cancer operation,in accordance with the intestinal tract preparation method were divided into observation group and control group,54 cases in each group;the patients in the observation group were given preoperative bowel preparation method of oral compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder,the control group patients preoperative bowel preparation method given oral mannitol;clean condition observation bowel diameter and the intestinal tract of two groups of patients. Results The two groups of patients after bowel preparation,are in line with the operation standard, but the patients in the observation group the intestines diameter was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Intestinal preparation method using polyethylene glycol electrolyte as laparoscopic resection of colorectal cancer before operation, effectively reduce intestinal pneumatosis,reduce the clinical complication rate,while promoting the smooth operation and postoperative recovery of patients.
