坎地沙坦联合卡托普利治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效观察

Efficacy of captopril combined with candesartan in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy

目的探讨坎地沙坦联合卡托普利治疗糖尿病肾病（DN）的疗效。方法选取2011年1月-2014年12月收治的DN患者56例作为观察对象,并随机将DN患者分为观察组与对照组,各28例。对照组应用卡托普利进行治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用坎地沙坦进行治疗,比较两组的疗效。结果治疗后两组的血压（SBP、DBP）、尿蛋白排泄率（UAER）及肾小球滤过率（GFR）均显著降低,且观察组低于对照组,组间差异均具统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组的不良反应率无统计学差异（P〉0.05）。结论坎地沙坦联合卡托普利治疗DN能够有效控制患者的血压水平,减少尿蛋白排泄,减轻肾损害,且不良反应较少。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of captopril combined with candesartan in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy（DN）. Methods 56 cases of DN patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,28 cases in each. The control group received captopril treatment,and observation group received candesartan treatment. Then the efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment,the blood pressure（SBP, DBP）,UAER and GFR of the two groups were significantly reduced,and the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈 0.05）;adverse reaction rates between the two groups were no significant difference（P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Candesartan combined with captopril in treatment of DN can effectively control blood pressure,reduce urinary protein excretion,reduce kidney damage,and have fewer adverse reactions.
