关于高等院校影视专业管理的思考

Thinking on College Management of Film and Television Major

在大学应当担当的角色是要为所在的国家、社会乃至人类世界的发展、社会进步、思想孕育、人才培养等做出优异的成绩,创造精神价值和文化价值,储备人才的资源。当下,艺术类院校的管理方面仍然存在许多疏漏,本文以影视类艺术院校和专业(方向),为例,对高校戏剧影视专业管理上存在的问题展开讨论,并提出合理性建议。

colleges should play the role of cultivating talents for the development of the country, society, and humans, and reserving talents for creating spiritual and cultural values. At present, many omissions exist in the management of art colleges. Taking film and television major as a case, this article discusses the management problems and puts forward some reasonable suggestions.
