基质诱导的自体软骨细胞移植术治疗距骨软骨损伤一例报道 被引量：4

摘要 临床资料 一、一般资料 患者,男,20岁,左踝关节疼痛14个月,加重半年入院。14个月前从高处跳下时扭伤左踝关节,具体治疗不详。半年来疼痛加重,遂就诊于中国人民武装警察部队总医院骨四科。查体：左踝关节前方轻压痛,内翻、外翻角度25°;背屈10°、跖屈约30°。
