摘要
现代雷达中配备了上万个功能模块组成阵列,给自动化微组装大规模制造精密的电子组件带来了机遇。中国电科38所在引进自动化微组装生产线后,从遇到的实际问题中获得了一些经验:雷达精密电子自动化制造需要工艺师与设计人员更多的沟通和合作;设备维护需要专机专人负责;物料采购需要满足自动化制造的需求。
Modern radar is equipped with an array of tens of thousands of functional modules, which gives micro-assembly automation opportunity to large-scale manufacturing of sophisticated electronic components. CETC38 gained some experience from practical problems encountered from the micro assembly automation: radar precision electronics manufacturing automation needs engineers and designers to more discussion and cooperation; precision equipment maintenance need dedicated person maintained; procurement of materials meet the needs of automation manufacturing.
