摘要
脑部血管周围间隙(Virchow-Robin spaces,VRS)也称为血管周围淋巴间隙,是软脑膜细胞与脑内血管间的一个潜在性腔隙,将血管与周围的脑组织分开,具有一定的生理及免疫功能。目前对VRS的认识主要通过磁共振成像(magnetic resonance imaging,MRI)进行。本文综述了VRS的形成机制、生理功能、并发症、MRI表现及其与部分神经系统疾病的相关性,为探索VRS的发病机理及其与其它神经系统疾病的关系提供帮助。
Virchow-Robin spaces(VRS), also known as lymphatic clearance around the blood vesselsof some physiological and immunological functions, are pia- lined extensions of the subarachnoid space between leptomeningeal mesothelial cells and blood vessels. Up to present, magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) has been served as the chief role in defining VRS. This review summarizes the formation mechanism, physiological function, complication of VRS and tries to analyze the relationship between neurological disorders and the signal intensities on MRI for supporting a timely clinical diagnosis of some specifi c neurological disorders.
