摘要
本文利用中国1998—2011年30个省市面板数据,通过动态面板模型比较分析了不同执行部门和类型的R&D投入对全要素生产率的影响。研究结果表明,虽然我国R&D投入总体上会显著改善全要素生产率,但根据R&D执行部门和R&D类型的不同其效果存在显著差异:在执行部门R&D的效果比较中,工业企业最强,余下依次为科研机构和高等学校;在不同类型研发活动比较中,试验发展的效果最强,余下依次为基础研究和应用研究。因此,为了进一步提高研发效率,R&D投入结构调整和研发体制改革仍存在很大空间。
In this paper, we utilize dynamic panel model to perform comparative analysis of the effects of different sectors and types of R&D on TFP with panel data of 30 provinces and cities in China from 1998 to 2011. The results show that, although our R&D investment will significantly improve the overall TFP, but there are significant differences based on R&D executive sectors and R&D types: the effect is the executive arm of R&D, the indus- trial enterprises of the strongest, and the remaining were R&D institutions and colleges; In comparing different types of R&D activities, the strongest effect is experience development, and then basic research and applied research. Therefore, in order to get fur- ther improvement on the efficiency of research and development, it is still a long way to go with R&D investment in the restructuring and reform.
