18F-FDGPET/CT显像探测卵巢癌术后复发及转移的临床有效性及可行性评价 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨18F-FDG PET/CT显像探测卵巢癌(OC)术后复发及转移的临床有效性,并对该影像学诊断进行可行性评价。方法选择2011年6月至2013年7月在该院接受检查并经手术病理证实的OC患者78例,根据诊断方法分为进行常规影像学检查(CMI)的对照组及进行18F-FDG PET/CT影像学的观察组,分别考察其影像学特征和诊断准确率。结果 PET/CT探测OC术后转移灶的敏感性、特异性、准确性分别为:84.81%、80.00%、84.04%,均高于CMI探测(69.62%、53.33%、67.02%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。PET/CT探测OC术后复发灶的敏感性、特异性、准确性分别为:86.11%、85.71%、84.88%,均高于CMI:68.06%、50.00%、66.28%,且两组相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经18F-FDG PET/CT探测OC的分期不明确的占总数的7.14%,Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期和Ⅳ期分别占总调查对象的5.71%、21.43%、47.14%和8.58%。结论 18 FFDG PET/CT显像能较准确地诊断OC术后的复发和转移,并有助于OC术后的临床分期。
