玄麦甘桔颗粒(胶囊)治疗慢性咽炎疗效和安全性的系统评价

Xuan Mai Gan Jie particles( capsules) in the Treatment of chronic pharyngitis: A Systematic Review

目的系统评价玄麦甘桔颗粒(胶囊)治疗慢性咽炎的疗效和安全性。方法计算机检索Cochrane Library、Pub Med、WHO ICTRP、CNKI、VIP、CBM和中国优秀硕士、博士学位毕业论文数据库的文献,检索时限均为从建库至2013年10月,由两名研究者按照纳入和排除标准独立进行文献筛选、资料提取、质量评价并交叉核对后,采用Rev Man5.2软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入3个随机对照试验,合计420例慢性咽炎病患者,试验地点均在中国大陆,试验人群为中国人。各纳入研究的方法学质量总体较高。试验组为单用玄麦甘桔颗粒(胶囊),对照组为安慰剂、生活方式干预或其他西药(抗生素)。因纳入各研究两组药物的种类、剂量、患者病程、治疗疗程等方面均存在临床差异,故未进行合并分析,而分别报道了每个研究的结果。结论玄麦甘桔颗粒(胶囊)可以治疗慢性咽炎;玄麦甘桔颗粒(胶囊)治疗慢性咽炎的不良反应少且轻。目前玄麦甘桔颗粒(胶囊)治疗慢性咽炎临床研究的方法学和报告质量尚低,需要开展高质量的临床试验,以进一步证实玄麦甘桔颗粒(胶囊)治疗慢性咽炎的疗效。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Xuan Mai Gan Jie particles （capsules） in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis. Methods We searched the Cochrane Library, literature retrieval time PubMed, WHO ICTRP, CNKI, VIP, CBM and China＇ s outstanding master＇ s, doctorate thesis from the database are building a database to October 2013, according to the inclusion and by two researchers exclusion criteria were independently screened the literature, data extraction, quality assessment and cross-checked after using RevMan5.2 Meta-analysis software. Results A total of three randomized controlled trials, a total of 420 cases of patients with chronic pharyngitis, test locations are in China, the study population for the Chinese people. Each methodological quality of included studies generally high. The test group as a single particle with Xuan Mai Gan Jie （capsules） , placebo control group, lifestyle intervention or other medicine （antibiotics）. Because each study included two types of drug, dose, duration of disease, treatment, treatment and other aspects of clinical differences exist, it is not a merger analysis, and reported the results of each study. Conclusion Xuan Mai Gan Jie particles （capsules） to treat chronic pharyngitis; Xuan Mai Gan Jic particles （capsules） for the treatment of chronic pharyngitis fewer adverse reactions and light. Currently in clinical studies of chronic pharyngitis Xuan Mai Gan Jie particles （capsules） therapy school and report quality is still low, the need for high-quality clinical trials to further confirm Xuan Mai Gan Jie particles （capsules） therapy of chronic pharyngitis.
