摘要 目的探讨中医膳食指导在临床应用的可行性。方法选择内科住院患者54例,在常规饮食护理的基础上行中医膳食指导,并记录实施前后患者对中医膳食指导的认知、态度、依从性以及满意度评价。结果实施后患者对相关项目的评价均优于实施前,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医膳食指导在临床应用具有可行性,适宜的中医膳食指导对住院患者疾病转归具有积极的作用。 Objective To explore the feasibility of TCM dietary guidance in clinical application. Methods Select 54 cases of hospitalized patients in department of internal medicine, cater guidelines in routine diet nursing based on syndrome differentiation of Traditional Chinese Medicine. And record the implementation evaluation of cognitive, attitude, compliance and satisfaction of patients before and after the Chinese medicine food guide. Results After the implementation of patient evaluation on related projects are better than before, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Chinese dietary guidance is feasible in clinical application,the appropriate Chinese dietary guide has a positive effect on the outcome of patients with the disease.
