中医类医学生课程体系改革的研究与实践

安徽中医药大学在长期实践基础上,遵循"加强通识教育、突出核心课程、强化实践创新、固化教改成果、鼓励个性发展"的改革思路,在中医类医学生课程体系改革方面进行了大胆实践。主要做法是:以通识教育课程、专业基础课程、专业课程、实践课程为中心,以选修课程与必修课程相适宜的立体课程体系为框架,科学区分中医教学与西医教学,合理整合理论教学与实践教学,有机融合第一课堂与第二课堂,有序串连通识知识、专业基础知识、专业知识,着力贯通中医文化、中医学术、中医思维、临床技能知识体系,在内容涵盖和结构形式上反映整合化趋势,体现学科课程及内容的系统性和逻辑联系,探索构建充分体现中医药院校办学特色的中医类医学生课程体系。

On the basis of long-term practice and exploration, Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine conducts curriculum system reform among traditional Chinese medical students by following the reform thinking of enhancing general education, highlighting core curriculum, strengthening practice and innovation, solidifying reform achievements, and encouraging individual development. General education courses, specialized basic courses, specialized course and practical courses are taken as the center. The framework of the course system is made up of elective and compulsory courses. It is important to scientifically distinguish Chinese medicine and Western medicine, reasonably integrate theory teaching and practice teaching, and organically combine the first class and second class with the purpose of connecting general knowledge, specialized basic knowledge and specialized knowledge with each other in an orderly way to construct a knowledge system of TCM culture, TCM scholarism, TCM thinking and knowledge of clinical skills, which reflects the integralization trend in content coverage and structural form, and systematic and logical connection of discipline curriculum and content.
