摘要
绩效管理是提高组织绩效、落实组织战略的重要工具。有效沟通是决定绩效管理成败的关键因素。在充分认识到绩效沟通重要性的基础上,企业应从转变观念、制度建设、疏通渠道、学习沟通技能等方面入手,切实提升绩效沟通水平,推动绩效管理的发展。
Performance management is the important tool to improve organization performance, and to implement the strategy of the organization. Effective communication is the key faetor that decides the success or failure of the per- formanee management. On the basis of fully realizing the importance of performance eommunieation, enterprises should ehange ideas, construct system, dredge channels and learn skills to enhanee the level of performance com- munication and promote the develonment of performance management.
