精神科低年资护士临床工作心理感受的质性研究

Qualitative research on psychological feelings of clinical work for young nurses from psychiatric department

目的探讨精神科低年资护士对临床工作的心理感受,为促进低年资护士对精神科护理工作形成正性的心理体验提供依据。方法采用质性研究中现象学研究方法,对工作2年以下的低年资护士进行半结构式访谈,然后对所获资料进行分析、整理,归纳并提炼出主题。结果得出低年资护士的临床工作心理感受是失落、忧虑、害怕、温暖4个主题。结论精神科低年资护士对临床工作存在一定的负性心理感受,护理管理者应加强低年资护士队伍建设,优化执业环境,从而提高其对临床工作的正性心理体验,提升护理服务质量。

Objective To study the psychological feelings of clinical work for young nurses from psychiatric departmentto provide evidence for improving positive psychological feelings of clinical work in psychiatric department for them. Method Young nurses with less than 2 years of work experience receive semi-structural interview. Analyze, arrange the information received and conclude the theme. Result Four theme of sense of loss, anxiety, fear and warmth are received for low age and service seniority nurses＂ psychological feelings of clinical work. Conclusion Young nurses have a certain level of negative psychological feelings on clinical work in psychiatric department. Managers should enhance young nurse team and improve working environment to improve their positive psychological feelings of clinical work and nursing service quality.
