肿瘤患者化疗间歇期血常规监测依从性及其影响因素的调查分析

Survey and analysis on compliance on blood routine test and its influencing factors for tumor patients receiving chemotherapy during diapause

目的调查肿瘤患者化疗间歇期血常规监测的依从性及其影响因素。方法自制调查问卷,对符合纳入标准的252例肿瘤化疗患者进行调查,分析化疗间歇期患者血常规监测依从性及其相关影响因素。结果被调查的252例患者中,血常规监测依从性差50例(占19.8%),单因素及多元回归分析显示患者血常规监测依从性与年龄、化疗周期、家庭月收入及化疗知识掌握程度等因素相关(P<0.05)。结论肿瘤患者化疗间歇期血常规监测存在一定程度不依从,患者年龄、化疗周期、家庭月收入及化疗知识掌握程度是其影响因素,应实施相应干预措施,提高患者依从性。

Objective To investigate compliance on blood routine monitoring and its influencing factors for tumor patients receiving chemotherapy during diapause. Method Investigate 252 tumor patients receiving chemotherapy who arequalified to the standard and whose questionnaire are received by self-designed questionnaire. Analyze compliance on bloodroutine monitoring and its influencing factors during diapause. Result 50 （19. 8%） patients show poor compliance from 252patients. Single factor and multiple regression analysis show that compliance on blood routine monitoring is related to age,cycle of chemotherapy, family income and cognition level on chemotherapy （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion There is a degree of noncompliance on blood routine monitoring for tumor patients receiving chemotherapy during diapause. Patients＇ age, cycle ofchemotherapy, family income and cognition level on chemotherapy are the influencing factors. Intervention measures shouldbe taken to improve patients＇ compliance.
