出入境城市重要进出港的旅游咨询中心建设——以上海浦东机场旅游咨询中心为例

Construction of Tourist Information Center in the Major Entry-Exit Port——A Case Study of Tourist Information Center at Shanghai Pudong International Airport

作为设置在出入境主要港口的旅游咨询中心,其所发挥的基础旅游公共服务功能尤为凸显;同时,相较于一般的旅游咨询中心,其还具有其他方面的特点和功能。本文通过走访浦东机场旅游咨询中心,先后参考国内外旅游咨询中心研究相关文献,通过访谈和实际观察的调研方法,指出目前浦东机场旅游咨询中心的设计优势和不足以及完善措施。

As a tourist information center in the major entry-exit port, its basic tourism public service functions are particularly prominent. Compared to the general tourist information center, it also has other features and functions. By visiting tourism information center at Shanghai Pudong International Airport, referring to research literature, interviews and actual observation, this paper points out the design advantages and disadvantages of tourist information center of Pudong airport and measures for improvement.
