BACKGROUND： Portal hypertension is one of the most im- portant clinical conditions that cause intraoperative intensive hemorrhage in cirrhotic patients undergoing liver transplan- tation. Pre-transplant portal decompression may reduce the intraoperative bleeding during liver transplantation.
