Study on Luzhou Small towns Development Under the Background of New Urbanization

新型城镇化是以城乡统筹、生态宜居为发展目标的城镇化,是破解我国城乡二元结构、促进农业现代化的基础。小城镇,作为新型城镇化发展的重要载体,已成为实现中国新型城镇化,解决"三亿人"问题的重要路径选择。本文结合新型城镇化工作要求,以四川省泸州市为例,探索研究适合西部小城镇建设发展路径及对策建议。

New urbanization aims at urban-rural integration and eco- livability that are the basis of breaking ur ban and rural dual structure and promoting agriculture modernization. As a new urbanization devel opment carrier, small towns become a significant choice for the realization of new urbanization and the solution the problem of ＇~daree hundred million people＂. The paper, in terms of new urbanization work requirements, taking Luzhou as an example, explores and studies the route fit for western small town development and counter measures and suggestions.
