摘要
目的:探索实验室超纯水机的规范操作与保养措施。方法:在总结超纯水机应用实践的基础上,研究超纯水机集成过滤、超滤、离子交换及微滤等技术的原理与操作保养的相互关系,完善必要的配套设施,制定操作流程规范、质量控制和保养措施。结果:超纯水机的规范操作降低了实验室超纯水机的故障发生率,保证产水质量,纯水柱的更新周期延长,节省资金。结论:规范超纯水机的应用及保障合格水质的提供,需在掌握膜分离等技术原理的基础上,严格执行仪器技术操作流程和日常与定期维护措施,实施全技术流程的监测与管理。
Objective: To explore a pathway of standard operation and maintenance measures for the laboratory ultra pure water machine. Methods: Based on summarizing the application practice, study the relationship between the principle of pure water preparation and procedures of the operation and maintenance, improved pre-filtration facilities, setup the operation standards and periodical maintenance measures. Results: Reduced failure of ultra pure water machine, ensure the quality of water production, water column update cycle extended. Conclusion: The qualified water provided, need based on the membrane separation technology, strictly performing the operation process standard and regular maintenance measures, and keep to the total technical process management and monitoring.
