Development and application of the whole process of dynamic hospital fixed asset management system

目的:研究探讨实现固定资产尤其是医疗设备高效、全面及深入的全生命周期数字化管理。方法:通过分析固定资产管理各阶段发展历程,并根据现有系统中存在的问题,以及实际工作需求和发展方向进行全流程动态化固定资产管理的总体流程设计。结果:建立了基于全流程动态化固定资产管理理念的第三版管理系统。结论:全流程动态化固定资产管理系统的建立,可实现全生命周期覆盖、全职能部门参与及实时查询工作步骤、进度等功能,对提高医院工作效率、医疗质量以及提升医院整体管理水平具有重要意义。

Objective： To achieve the fixed assets, in particular medical devices more efficient, comprehensive, in-depth digital lifecycle management. Methods： By analyzing the various stages of the development of fixed asset management process, and make the whole process of the overall process design dynamic fixed assets management system based on the existing problems and the actual job requirements and future directions. Conclusion： The whole process of dynamic fixed assets management system to achieve full life-cycle coverage, all departments involved in, real progress can be found working the steps and other functions, improve work efficiency and quality of care, improve the overall management of the hospital.
