摘要
借助医学影像学的技术发展,使无创检测和评价重性抑郁障碍(MDD)患者在脑部结构和功能方面的病理性损害成为可能。采用多参数磁共振成像技术,准确获取脑部结构、血流、功能和脑白质及脑连接等方面的信息,从不同角度研究评价MDD患者的病理生理特征所导致的行为变化。然而,目前的临床研究大都集中于单一模态的分析,因此结合多参数磁共振影像筛选出有效影像学参数,为MDD的机制研究、诊断及评价提供理论依据和定量的影像学指标。MDD是人类一种常见的精神类疾病,使用多参数磁共振成像技术有望为临床诊断和评价提供客观的定量指标。
Major depressive disorder (MDD) is a severe mental-disorder, which is a serious threat both to our physical and psychological health. With the development of medical imaging, it is possible to non-invasively detect and evaluate the structural and functional alteration in the patients of MDD. The multi-parameter MRI can provide kinds of image-based information, such as structure, cerebral blood flow, functional and effective connectivity, white matter and structure connectivity, etc. These information can reflect the pathological and physiological alteration in the patients of MDD, however, current researches mainly focused on one modality. Based on the combination of multi-parameter MRI, the imaging features related to the structural and functional alterations would be selected and their clinical value would be evaluated based on statistical study theory, to quantitatively evaluate MDD.
