循证决策:一种忠于证据的公共卫生决策模式

Evidence-based Decision-making:a decision-making model basing on the evidence of public health

近十年来,循证决策运动不仅在医学上影响颇大,而且在发达国家的公共卫生决策领域也得到广泛应用,催生了以证据为中心的科学化决策方式。本文回顾了循证决策的诞生及其影响,归纳出实施循证决策的五步流程,发现在公共卫生领域实行循证决策将有利于整合和提升现有成果的能效,促进知识和经验的共享,提升科研创新的效率和指导公共卫生决策者决策。最后,梳理了国内外循证决策证据库的现状,希望对公共卫生决策的科学化提供启示和借鉴,从而更加有效地促进健康,预防疾病。

In the recent ten years ,evidence‐based decision‐making got a great influence not only in medicine ,but also in the public health area in developed countries ,forming an evidence‐originated methodology for scientific decision‐making .This paper reviewed the birth of evidence‐based practice and its impact ,analyzed the five steps of evidence‐based decision‐making model ,and found it could be benefited on improving the efficiency of existing results ,sharing knowledge and experience ,enhancing the efficiency of scientific research and guiding public health decision by application of evidence‐based decision‐making .Finally ,the paper sorted out the present status of evidence‐based decision‐making clearinghouse .We wish to provide inspiration for the scientific of public health decision‐making ,in order to promote health and prevent disease .
