摘要
探讨胃癌中Hp感染与p-STAT3、Bcl-xL、Mcl-1蛋白表达的关系及临床意义。结果胃癌组Hp阳性率显著高于正常胃黏膜组(P<0.01);p-STAT3、Bcl-xL、Mcl-1蛋白在胃癌组织中阳性表达率显著高于正常胃黏膜组织(P<0.01),且与胃癌浸润深度、淋巴结转移及临床分期显著相关(P<0.05);Hp感染与p-STAT3蛋白表达呈显著正相关(r=0.401,P<0.01)。Hp感染和STAT3信号通路激活可能共同参与了胃癌的发生发展。
To investigate the relationship between Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection and the expressions of phosphorylated signal transducer and activators of transcription 3 (p‐STAT3) ,B cell lymphoma/leukemia‐xL (Bcl‐xL) and myeloid cell leukemia‐1 (Mcl‐1) protein in gastric carcinoma tissues .As a result ,the positive rate of Hp in gastric carcinoma group was significantly higher than that in normal gastric mucosa group (P〈0 .01) .The positive expressions of p‐STAT3 ,Bcl‐xL and Mcl‐1 protein in gastric carcinoma group were remarkably higher than those in normal gastric mucosa group respectively (P〈0 .01) .Over‐expressions of p‐STAT3 ,Bcl‐xL and Mcl‐1 were correlated with depth of invasion ,lymph node metastasis and clinical stage (P〈0 .05) .The Hp infection was positively correlated with the expression of p‐STAT3 in gastric carcinoma group (r=0 .401 ,P〈0 .01) .Therefore ,Hp infection and STAT3 signaling pathway activation may play collectively an important role in the tumorigenesis and progression of gastric carcinoma .
